We are used to sounding the bell
before our pebble meditation. – I don’t think I know
the pebble meditation. Really? But you know the song,
the ‘Breathing In, Breathing Out’ song? We all sing it together, remember? – I do not think I… ♪ I am blooming as a flower,
I am fresh as the dew ♪ Here, look at my pebbles! See, there is one for each meditation. For pebble meditation,
you have four pebbles. One represents a flower,
another a mountain, the third still water
and the fourth space. You pick up each pebble. When it is flower,
you imagine yourself as a flower. And you feel fresh. When it is mountain,
you imagine yourself as a big mountain. And you feel solid and strong. When it’s still water, you see
yourself as a reflective still lake. And you feel calm and at ease. And when it is space,
you see yourself as the moon, travelling through the night sky,
